Suzuki New Zealand COVID-19 Update

At Suzuki New Zealand we are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers, our dealerships and our staff during this time and have put several steps in place to ensure everyone stays safe.

We will keep this page updated with any new information we have relating to Covid-19 and the impact on our staff, dealerships and customers.

Car, Marine & Motorcycle Dealerships

Under Alert Level 1, Suzuki dealerships will continue to operate within the recommended health and safety guidelines, encouraging contract tracing through the Government's NZ Covid Tracer App, physical distancing, and following safe cleaning and hygiene practices.

We are also more than happy to arrange home deliveries and test-drives for vehicles and motorcycles. Please contact your dealership via phone and email to arrange.

Suzuki Finance

We understand the current situation is causing significant disruption to people and businesses. We want to work closely with our customers to manage any financial impacts by getting a plan in place as soon as possible. If you find yourself in a situation where you are concerned about making your loan repayments, please complete the enquiry form here.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • your full name (and business name if applicable),
  • either your customer number or vehicle registration number,
  • what type of support you are after,
  • how your circumstances have changed, and
  • the best way to get in contact with you.

Suzuki Insurance

We want to reassure you that Suzuki Insurance in partnership with Protecta Insurance is here to assist during this time.

Please be aware that during the current Alert Level 1, vehicle repairs are able to be completed with safe health & safety practices in place. Due to the Covid-19 situation, normal response times may be longer than usual. We understand the impact this could have on our customers and we really appreciate your patience during this time.

Suzuki Assist

Under the current Alert Level 1, Suzuki New Zealand in partnership with the AA (New Zealand Automobile Association) is able to provide assistance to all customers. This includes towing, battery replacements, lockouts, mechanical breakdowns and repairs. Please follow the Service Officer's instructions to help keep everyone safe.

As part of the changing Covid-19 situation, normal response times may be longer than usual across the Contact Centre and Roadside teams. We do ask for your understanding and tolerance as we endeavour to provide the best service possible under these unusual conditions.
