Car, Marine & Motorcycle Dealerships
As a result of the Government’s announcement regarding Alert Level 2 for the entire country, there will be some differences in the way our Suzuki dealerships are trading.
Under Alert Level 2, Suzuki dealerships will operate with the recommended health and safety guidelines, following strict contact tracing and cleaning protocols:
Stricter cleaning and sanitisation of all dealership and vehicle touchpoints.
Physical distancing amongst staff and customers.
Collecting contact details from all visitors to our dealerships and head office sites.
We are also more than happy to arrange home deliveries and test-drives for vehicles and motorcycles. Please contact your dealership via phone and email to arrange.

We understand the current situation is causing significant disruption to people and businesses. We want to work closely with our customers to manage any financial impacts by getting a plan in place as soon as possible. Please be aware that during Alert Level 2 vehicle repairs are able to be completed with social distancing procedures in place. As part of complying with Covid-19 Level 2 conditions, normal response times may be longer than usual. We understand the impact this could have on our customers and we really appreciate your patience during this time.

Under Alert Level 2, Suzuki New Zealand in partnership with the AA (New Zealand Automobile Association) is able to provide assistance to all customers. This includes towing, battery replacements, lockouts, mechanical breakdowns and repairs. Please maintain at least a 2 metre distance from our Service Officer, or remain in your car. Follow their instructions to help keep everyone safe.

As part of complying with Level 2 conditions, normal response times may be longer than usual across the Contact Centre and Roadside teams. We do ask for your understanding and tolerance as we endeavour to provide the best service possible under these unusual conditions.
