Note:- Entry to this event is restricted to riders of Boulevards only.

The registration fee for the event is $100.00 per person. Your entry fee covers the following:

• Entry to the ride
• Boulevard Rally "T" shirt
• Boulevard Rally badge 2010
• Lunch in Taupo 
• Dinner in Napier

To validate your registration, please make payment to Suzuki New Zealand Limited by one of the following methods:
  1. By Direct Credit / Bank Deposit / Electronic Funds Transfer

    To: ANZ, account number 01 0790 0151056 00, account name Suzuki New Zealand Limited - Please quote your Surname and your bike registration number as reference. e.g. Smith  02RYD

  2. By Cheque

    Send your cheque to Suzuki New Zealand Ltd, Private Bag 3008, Wanganui 4540 - Please write your motorcycle registration number on the reverse of your cheque.
Upon completion of the registration below and receipt of your payment, we will contact you with further details of the Rally and provide you with your Rally registration number.

IMPORTANT - By submitting this form you agree to participate in the 2010 Boulevard Rally to be held 12-14 March 2010, in the spirit of the event and to comply with all and any requirements of the organisers.  You also agree that staff or employees of Suzuki NZ Ltd and/or any Suzuki Dealerships participating in the Rally are not to be held responsible for any injury or loss that may occur prior to, during or after the event.
